MACON COUNTY JUVENILE REDEPLOY ILLINOIS PROGRAM 

This program station is help engage the community youth in learning more about the field of broadcasting. The youth have learned a tremendous amount of information. In addition, they have introduced or re-introduced family members and friends to 107.9FM it was an awesome experience for the youth to have engaged in actually hearing their voices on a live  radio station. This type of opportunity had never  been available to them.  

youth in the JUVENILE REDEPLOY lllinois (JRI) programs participate in Broadcasting.  Their experiences with 107.9  FM helped to build their self-esteem as well as provided an opportunity  for them to think about  a unique  career goal. The youth  felt significant and elated that they had been positive relationship between the youth and community since they are active participations in a program  centered on restorative justice.the youth's involvement with 107.9 FM helped them with repairing the harm that their offense had caused the community
